All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT.

4. Ordering and Payment

Orders are placed securely through our website, which is hosted by Squarespace.
Payments are processed through trusted third parties including Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Clearpay.

You will receive confirmation by email once your order has been successfully placed.

5. Delivery

  • Digital products: available for download immediately after purchase or via email link.

  • Physical products: dispatched via Evri or another reputable courier.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service availability. We currently deliver within the UK.

6. Refunds and Returns

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed. Please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Physical Products

You may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unused, and

  • In its original packaging, or

  • Faulty or damaged upon arrival.

To arrange a return, please contact us at alba.education.co@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase.

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and downloadable resources, is the intellectual property of Alba Education unless otherwise stated.

Resources purchased from Alba Education are provided for personal use only.
